Thursday, April 12, 2007 7:00:00 AM PDT | VentureDeal Staff

CHICAGO, IL -- Morton's The Steakhouse has decided that selling juicy steaks isn't enough.  It has decided to begin offering custom video programming services in boardrooms at its outlets and offer the services to other companies as well.

Morton's has teamed up with Velocity Broadcasting to provide the systems to the marketplace.  They include high definition televeisions, satellite reception and teleconferencing equipment.  The company explained that it wasn't selling video-conferencing equipment, rather interactive custom television programming.

The base cost will be $2,800 per location, not including any programming production costs or dining fees.
